We will take a delightful boat trip around the islands near San Andrés: Haynes Cay, Rose Cay (Aquarium), and Johnny Cay. Upon arriving at Haynes Cay, we will cross the new floating bridge to Rose Cay, where we can snorkel in the crystal-clear waters and admire the rich marine life that inhabits this natural aquarium.
Next, we'll head to the enchanting Johnny Cay island, famous for its white sand beaches, towering palm trees, and cool shade. We'll hike along its trails and tranquil beaches, where exotic corals form stunning natural pools. We'll also have the opportunity to observe the majestic iguanas that inhabit this island park up close, completing this unique tropical experience.

- The guided tour takes place every day, departing at 8:30 am.
- Age: There are restrictions for babies, adults over 65, pregnant women, and people with disabilities (wheelchair users or those requiring special assistance to board and disembark from the boats).
Note: If the tour is not possible due to island closures caused by bad weather or maintenance days, the itinerary will be adjusted. When Johnny Cay is closed, the tour will be replaced by a pleasant walk along the bay and through the mangroves, with one drink (water or soda) per person. If the Aquarium (Rose Cay) is closed, the schedule will also be adapted to ensure a pleasant and safe experience.

- Excursions and visits to places of interest are conducted in shared or private service, depending on the client's request and the specific regulations of each city.
It is important to emphasize that, in some destination cities, the same standards of class and category of tourist services found in capital cities are not always available. Therefore, services will be provided according to the existing local offer, and the option that best suits the requested quality will be selected.
Some shared services may bring together passengers from different locations, and in these cases, tours will preferably be conducted in the predominant language among the group members. In certain situations, the tour or visit may be conducted in two or more languages.
In the event of disruptions to public order, such as strikes or demonstrations, or in the event of uncontrollable natural phenomena, the organization reserves the right to alter, replace, or cancel visits or tours included in the purchased program. Such decisions are solely aimed at ensuring the safety and well-being of the passengers or groups involved.
- O passeio ocorre todos os dias, com saída às 8h30.
- Idade: Existem restrições para bebés, adultos com mais de 65 anos, grávidas, pessoas com deficiência (cadeiras de rodas ou que necessitem de ajuda especial para entrar e sair dos barcos).
- Observação: Caso não seja possível realizar o passeio devido ao fechamento das ilhas por mau tempo ou dia de manutenção, o itinerário será ajustado. Quando Johnny Cay estiver fechado, o passeio será substituído por um agradável passeio pela baía e pelos manguezais, com direito a uma bebida (água ou refrigerante) por pessoa. Se o fechamento ocorrer no Aquário (Rose Cay), a programação também será adaptada para garantir uma experiência agradável e segura.

- As excursões e visitas a lugares de interesse são realizadas em serviço compartilhado ou privado, conforme a solicitação do cliente e as disposições específicas de cada cidade.
- É importante ressaltar que, em algumas cidades de destino, nem sempre estão disponíveis os mesmos padrões de classe e categoria de serviços turísticos encontrados nas capitais. Dessa forma, os serviços serão prestados conforme a oferta local existente, sendo selecionada a opção que melhor se adequar à qualidade solicitada.
- Alguns serviços compartilhados podem agrupar passageiros provenientes de diferentes localidades e, nesses casos, os passeios serão conduzidos preferencialmente no idioma predominante entre os integrantes do grupo. Em determinadas situações, o tour ou visita poderá ser realizado em duas ou mais línguas.
- Em casos de alterações de ordem pública, como greves ou manifestações, ou ainda diante de fenômenos naturais fora de controle, a organização se reserva o direito de alterar, substituir ou cancelar visitas ou deslocamentos incluídos no programa adquirido. Tais decisões visam exclusivamente garantir a segurança e o bem-estar dos passageiros ou grupos envolvidos.
