TourFarming Experience in Mykonos

A break to a place where we can explore a part of Mykonos, where time slows down enough for us to relax and experience a traditional way of life like the island's natives!

The Mykonos farm experience tour begins with pick-up at your chosen meeting point, then we will cross the center of the island connecting Mykonos town (Hora) with the village of Ano Mera, which is approximately 7km away.

Upon arriving in the village, we will pass through the picturesque square and visit the Panagia Tourlianis monastery.

We will then continue walking just 400 meters to Mykonian Farm where we will be greeted by the farm superintendent who will guide us through the grounds for a tour of its facilities.

Depending on the season and if available, we may be able to cut and enjoy produce from the garden.

The farm animals (goats, sheep, donkeys, rabbits, cows, etc.) will be available for petting or caring for.

After exploring the garden and the animals, it's time for the farm's sommelier to take us on a wine journey through a tasting of 3 prestigious local wines, and this will take place in a specially prepared seating area.

We will not only learn basic tasting techniques, but we will also open and savor the most distinctive blends from Greece.

After drinking and tasting, a culinary demonstration of some of Greece's most traditional dishes will begin, under the guidance or supervision of the famous Dona Teta, during which we will learn how to make spinach pie, stuffed tomatoes and peppers, and the famous tzatziki.

Depending on the number of participants, we will take turns both helping the hostess and learning how to prepare the dishes.

Lunch will be served immediately afterwards, consisting of the dishes from the demonstration (spinach pie, stuffed tomatoes, peppers, seasonal salad, feta cheese).

The entire experience will last approximately 5 hours; once completed, we will be transferred back to our destinations.
