TourBaking Class with Brunch

This activity combines a traditional bread-making class with an authentic experience of animal husbandry and organic farming on a Mykonos farm.

Here, our future or already experienced "bakers" receive the tools and knowledge necessary to create delicious traditional Mykonos bread. The focus is on mastering the fundamentals of breadmaking and exploring traditional techniques while practicing bread preparation in our wood-fired oven.
