Our class offers two menu options to suit all palates. The first is Seafood Moqueca, a succulent fish and seafood stew served with fragrant banana farofa and a choice of brown or white rice. Alternatively, you can opt for Feijoada, a rich and hearty black bean stew with a variety of meats, sausages, crispy farofa, and sautéed kale.
