Besides providing a history-filled experience, you'll also savor the famous ribs in the ditch at one of Gramado's most traditional Gaucho venues, Sítio Tradição.
This itinerary provides unique and welcoming moments, direct contact with the local culture and history of the interior of Gramado;
*The first stop is at the Wagner Family, where you'll learn about the history of this humble family of German and Italian origins, and their strawberry and fruit tree farm. And of course, you can't miss tasting the jams and sweets made by the hosts themselves.
*For wine lovers, at CANTINA NONNO GIOVANNI, you will learn about the artisanal wine production carried out on the property and taste the table full of delicacies made especially for you;
*You will be immersed in the gaucho culture on the last visit, at SÍTIO TRADIÇÃO, with music played by a bagpiper and a mouth-watering lunch, the costelão na ditch;
