How do I redeem my ticket? Present your online or printed ticket to a Big Bus employee at a bus stop or on board the bus. They will issue a ticket receipt that you can use to board the bus during the validity period of your ticket. If you requested your tickets to be sent via SMS, remember that you don't need to print them. Simply bring your phone with the ticket page open and show it to one of our employees on the street, who will then issue the ticket receipt.
What time do the tours start and how often do the buses run? Daily, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Bus frequency:
Red Route: Daily from 10am to 5pm, with buses every 45 minutes.
Green Route: Daily from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm, with buses every 30 minutes.
Blue Route: Daily from 10am to 5pm, with buses every 60 minutes.
Do I need to specify a travel date? Yes, we'll ask you to select the date you want to board the bus. If you're traveling with us for more than one day, your ticket must be used on consecutive days, and the date selected at the time of booking must be the first day of your tour. Some tours also require you to select a travel time to guarantee your seat. If your ticket includes extras, you may also need to reserve additional dates and times for all elements of your ticket after completing your purchase. What is the child ticketing policy? Children under 3 travel free. Passengers 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers and baby carriages must be folded and stored on the lower deck.

Passengers with reduced mobility may not have access to the upper deck of our buses. We cannot guarantee accessibility to the various attractions along the tour.
