What time do the tours start and how often do the buses run? Daily, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Bus frequency:
Red Route: Daily from 10am to 5pm, with buses every 45 minutes.
Green Route: Daily from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm, with buses every 30 minutes.
Blue Route: Daily from 10am to 5pm, with buses every 60 minutes.
Do I need to specify a travel date? Yes, we'll ask you to select the date you want to board the bus. If you're traveling with us for more than one day, your ticket must be used on consecutive days, and the date selected at the time of booking must be the first day of your tour. Some tours also require you to select a travel time to guarantee your seat. If your ticket includes extras, you may also need to reserve additional dates and times for all elements of your ticket after completing your purchase. What is the child ticketing policy? Children under 3 travel free. Passengers 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers must be folded and stored on the lower deck.
Accessibility: Big Bus operates wheelchair-accessible vehicles with a capacity of up to 290 kg. Please note that the upper deck of our entire fleet is not wheelchair-accessible. Passengers with reduced mobility may not have access to the upper deck of our buses. We cannot guarantee accessibility to the various attractions along the tour.
How often does the Peak Tram depart? The Peak Tram departs approximately every 15 minutes. The trip to Victoria Peak takes about 10 minutes.
Do I need to use my Peak Tram ticket on the same day as my tour? You don't need to use the Peak Tram on the same day as your tour. You must collect your return Peak Tram ticket at the Big Bus Tours ticket counter in the Peak Tram Lower Terminal on the day of your tour, but you have the option to keep your tickets and use them anytime within a month.
