The Cúneo family, of Italian origin, founded Casas del Bosque in 1993 in the Casablanca Valley, located 70 kilometers from Santiago, the capital of Chile, and 30 kilometers from the port of Valparaíso, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The large, ancient pine and olive groves and the small, white adobe houses gave rise to the name 'Casas del Bosque.' Today, the vineyard boasts a single 235-hectare vineyard dedicated exclusively to wine production.
235 hectares dedicated exclusively to the production of cool-climate varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, and Syrah. Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenere come from carefully managed vineyards in Maipo, Colchagua, and Cachapoal. Notes: Recommendations:
