The city tour takes place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, departing from Recife at 8:30 am.
After finalizing the combo, our operational team will contact you to arrange the tour dates.
At the airport, Martur has a red sign with a white logo to welcome passengers.
After meeting with our ground staff, there may be a waiting time of up to 50 minutes for other passengers to disembark.
Martur offers free transportation of up to one piece of baggage weighing up to 23 kg per passenger. If you exceed this amount, you will be charged an additional fee for each additional piece. If you experience baggage issues upon arrival that are the airline's responsibility, we recommend that you continue on the next scheduled transfer, as we don't have time to wait for all the legal procedures required by the airline to release your baggage.
If no advance notice is given regarding a no-show at the scheduled time, a no-show fee will be charged. Passengers who cancel the service while still at the airport will not receive a refund and will be charged the normal rate.
Upon arrival, passengers must provide a cell phone number so we can inform them of the departure transfer time one day before departure. If you do not wish to provide a phone number or do not have one, you should contact us through the company's official communication channels or contact your travel agent.
