TourWine tasting day

We will start the day with a 2-hour wine tasting class in Bordeaux.

We will taste 4 wines from the 4 main wine regions in France and discover their diversity and the notions of "terroir" and "appellation".

Then, it will be time to take a wine blending workshop. where we will taste grape varieties individually and, according to preferences, create our own cuvée, enjoying a typical French aperitif and a picnic in a beautiful 18th century apartment.

Next, our guide will take us to the St Emilion region to visit a Classified High Growth Chateau steeped in history, where we will learn about the winemaking process and taste the estate's wines.

We will learn to train our noses to identify the aromas of wines. Finally, we will enjoy a guided tour of the medieval village.
