This full-day excursion will allow us to visit Chiloé's inland maritime route and the center of the island. After sailing through the Chacao Channel and turning east, we'll reach the town of Quemchi, known for its picturesque streets and the famous Aucar Island.
Quemchi - Aucar - Dalcahue - Tocoihue This full-day excursion will allow us to visit Chiloé's inland maritime route and the center of the island. After navigating the Chacao Channel, turning east, we'll encounter the villages of Manao and Linao. Further south, we can visit Quemchi, a village known for its picturesque streets, extensive waterfront, and the Francisco Coloane Museum. Among its main attractions is Aucar Island, reached by crossing a 510-meter pedestrian bridge. Next, we'll head to Dalcahue, a small town located opposite Quinchao Island, which still harbors Chiloé's most authentic culture. We'll have free time for lunch, a visit to its crafts market, and its beautiful church, a national monument. On the way back, we'll visit Colo Church and the wonderful Tocoihue Waterfalls. Notes: - We do not collect from private residences, hostels or hotels outside the center of Puerto Varas, we collect from Puerto Montt.
