Embark on a unique experience through the imposing Andes Mountains, the cultural and natural heart of Mendoza. At each stage of this journey, the winding roads reveal incredible landscapes and gems that combine human ingenuity, such as the Potrerillos Dam, with natural wonders like the iconic Inca Bridge and the imposing Mount Aconcagua. We start early, following the Mendoza River along International Route No. 7, where you'll be greeted by spectacular views of the Cordón del Plata and the Potrerillos Reservoir. As we continue, we reach Uspallata, a valley that preserves the pre-Hispanic roots of the Huarpes. The route takes us through the towns of Picheuta, Polvaredas, and Punta de Vacas, all the way to the legendary old ski resort of Los Penitentes. But the real spectacle awaits you at Puente del Inca, an incredible natural architectural feat with dreamlike hot springs. A few kilometers from Puente del Inca, at 2,750 meters above sea level, you'll find the viewpoint of Mount Aconcagua, the 6,959-meter giant of the Americas that dominates the landscape. We continued on to Las Cuevas, on the border with Chile, reaching 3,200 meters above sea level. At noon, we take a break for lunch (lunch not included) at a typical restaurant in the area, where you can taste the best of regional cuisine before returning in the afternoon. This tour isn't just a drive along mountain roads; it's an encounter with the essence of the Andes, where each stop and each landscape connects you with history, culture, and the grandeur of nature.
