We will visit the Colchagua Valley to visit and tour the valley's two main wineries.
First, we'll visit Viña Neyen and stroll through its beautiful vineyards, featuring an old winery and regenerative organic and biodynamic vineyards. You'll learn about its history and its 130-year-old vineyards, and we'll also enjoy a wine tasting.
Next, we'll head to Viña Viu Manent for lunch at the winery's La Rayuela restaurant, offering panoramic views of the vineyards, the equestrian club, and the Apalta hills. Rayuela Wine & Grill is Viu Manent Winery's restaurant in Colchagua. Rayuela's cuisine uses locally sourced ingredients. The menu features seasonal grilled meats and fish, as well as clay oven dishes and other specialties, all paired with excellent wines recommended by the sommelier.
The dessert menu and the beauty of the venue are particularly noteworthy.

Next, we'll take a tour of Viu Manent Winery. The tour begins at the historic La Llavería Visitor Center, with a tour of the Malbec Room, and continues with an informative tour of the Variety Garden. The tour continues with a ride through the vineyards in an antique horse-drawn carriage, to visit a specific section of our vineyards. We'll disembark from the carriage to learn about the winemaking process during the season. The tour concludes with a guided tasting of five wines. Afterwards, you can visit the wine shop and the Emporium, which offers crafts and souvenirs.
