Experience the chance to not only eat like a local, but also cook like a local. In this 3.5-hour cooking class, you'll learn the secrets of a Brazilian chef as you're guided through every step of preparing and cooking traditional Brazilian food. Then, all you need to do is enjoy the delicious food you've just cooked.
You won't have to worry about getting thirsty during your intensive Brazilian cuisine course. You'll learn how to prepare delicious drinks like Caipirinha or Batida de Coco. Both drinks are as delicious as the food you'll taste.
Two traditional dishes are available (to be decided on the day): originally from Bahia, known as "Moqueca" (fish or vegetarian), or "Picanha," the most famous cut of meat in all of Brazil. Both are served with delicious portions of cassava. But the chef may surprise you with any other traditional recipe, so get ready for a delicious meal! And finally, a delicious dessert to sweeten the taste buds of everyone present.
Write down all the ingredients and learn the recipe correctly, so you can impress your family and friends back home while giving them a little taste of Brazil.
