Please note: All customers must have a valid ticket to board a tour. The ticket is valid for use only at the time and date indicated on the ticket. Customers must arrive 15 minutes before the tour starts, as the bus cannot wait for latecomers. Tickets/order numbers are non-transferable. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Children under 5 travel free at their parents' own risk. Only one child under 5 per adult may travel free, provided they do not occupy a seat, excluding one paying passenger. The tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes (depending on traffic). Buses are not wheelchair accessible. There are no restrooms on board the bus. Ghost Bus Tours is not responsible for items left on the bus. Personal items are transported at the owner's risk, and Ghost Bus is not responsible for damaged or lost items. Smoking, eating, and drinking, except bottled water, are not permitted on the bus. Some tours may include a short stop where you have the opportunity to disembark if you wish. Exiting the bus at this point is not mandatory and is done at your own risk. Ghost Bus Tours is not responsible for any injuries or incidents that occur outside of our vehicles. Please be aware that we operate historic vehicles, and as such, while we strive to maintain the buses to the highest standards, they may occasionally encounter mechanical issues. In the event of a breakdown, we will attempt to repair the problem or deploy a secondary vehicle within 90 minutes of the occurrence. Refunds will only be granted after 90 minutes. Once booked, the purchase is non-refundable.
