With its inviting vistas and stunning landscapes, Hangzhou was described by Marco Polo as "indisputably the finest and noblest in the world," which has helped make Hang Zhou one of the top tourist attractions in all of China. It's a city steeped in history and was once the capital of China in the 12th century. A three-hour road trip will take you there. First, you'll cross West Lake to see unforgettable sights such as the Three Moon-Mirroring Pools, the Bai and Su Causeways, and the Lonely Hill. After lunch, we'll also visit Guo's Villa, one of the city's finest traditional private gardens. Hangzhou is also famous for its Dragon Well (Longjing) tea; visit Meijiawu Tea Village to discover the history of Chinese tea and the tea ceremony. Before returning to Shanghai, cross the Qiantang River and see the Six Harmonies Pagoda. This tour is by private vehicle and tour guide.
