The story began more than 250 years ago, in Germany, and arrived in the city of Canela through the hands of the Bausch family,
who found the purity of water in Serra Gaúcha to continue the brewing tradition. In 2003, the family opened
a space that was specially designed to house the factory and the restaurant, also consolidated as a point
tourist attraction in the city. The basalt stone building is striking for being a replica of a 32-meter-long lighthouse.
