The story began more than 250 years ago, in Germany, and arrived in the city of Canela through the hands of the Bausch family,
who found in Serra Gaúcha the purity of water to continue the beer tradition. In 2003, the family opened
a space that was specially designed to house the factory and the restaurant, also consolidated as a point
tourist attraction of the city. The construction, made of basalt stone, draws attention for being a replica of a lighthouse measuring 32 meters
height, from where it is possible to see the municipalities of Gramado, Caxias do Sul and São Francisco de Paula.
