- If there are queues at the entrance for advance purchase, this voucher does not guarantee you priority access over other visitors.
- Tickets must be purchased for the day they are to be used.
- Photo sessions with the characters will take place at times according to the schedule that will be available at the Park ticket office, always respecting the order of arrival in the waiting lines.
- In compliance with current food safety and health regulations, perishable foods are not permitted. Baby food, such as baby food, is permitted, provided it is in factory-sealed packaging and within its expiration date. Visitors following a special diet will be permitted to bring in food upon presentation of a medical certificate or report.
