There is only one departure per night, at 6:30 PM from April to December and at 6 PM from January to March (see the calendar for times). Present your printed or electronic ticket to a staff member or on board the bus. They will issue you a ticket that allows you to join the Night Tour. Please note: The Night Tour is not a hop-on hop-off tour.
What days does the tour run? The Big Bus Tour runs every day of the year.
What is the child policy? Children under 5 travel free and must sit on a lap. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible? Yes, most of our buses are wheelchair accessible. We do not allow electric wheelchairs. Contact us for more information.
Can I take my puppy on the bus? Dogs are only allowed if they are muzzled and on a leash. Only one puppy is allowed per bus. The puppy must not be taller than knee height.
I bought a ticket, but it's for someone else. It's in my name, is that okay? No problem. Present your printed or electronic voucher to a staff member at one of our stops or on board the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you can use to board the bus during the validity period of your ticket.
