We'll depart from the Julià Travel office, located very close to the Royal Palace. From here, we'll take a walking tour through the streets of Madrid's historic center. We'll discover iconic landmarks you can't miss during your visit to the city, such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, and Plaza de la Villa.
After a one-hour tour of central Madrid, we'll board one of our air-conditioned buses for a tour of Madrid's most important monuments. From Plaza de Oriente, we'll have the opportunity to discover the city's history as we stroll through it. Did you know that the construction of Puerta de Toledo dates back to the Napoleonic era? From the bus, we'll be able to see Madrid's oldest bridge, enjoy a spectacular view of the Royal Palace, or gaze out over the Manzanares River.
We'll visit one of Madrid's most important streets: Gran Vía. Heading toward the Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas, we'll pass the Cibeles Fountain and Puerta de Alcalá, the most famous of the five ancient gates that once gave access to Madrid.
To conclude the tour, we'll pass by the Santiago Bernabeu, Real Madrid's recently renovated stadium. On the way back, we'll pass Calle Serrano and Atocha Station, ending at the Plaza de Oriente parking lot, right in front of the Royal Palace.
