There may be times when the tour is delayed or misses certain attractions due to traffic conditions. We cannot refund the fare, even if the tour is delayed.

We'll provide a free raincoat if rain is forecast. However, you can't use an umbrella for safety reasons. Additionally, bus service may be suspended due to rain, thunderstorms, or strong winds.
You can bring PET bottles, thermoses and drinks in containers with lids on the bus.
You cannot take your pets with you.
You cannot get off the bus to visit the facilities, only view them through the bus window, except at the Abeno Harukasu parking lot, where guests can leave the tour if they wish.
There is no bathroom on the bus, so finish before boarding.
