TourXplor Park

Xplor is a unique underground world, with activities that invite you to explore and rediscover your emotions and senses in nature.

For this experience, we will depart from the hotel reception between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM. If the hotel is located in downtown Cancun, Playa del Carmen, or Tulum, one of our local agents will inform you of the nearest meeting point and departure time at least one day in advance. We will arrive at the park around 9:00 AM, where we will have free time to enjoy all the activities.

The park offers four activities, each lasting approximately 45 minutes, and you can participate in them as many times as you like. All activities begin and end at the center of Xplor, where you'll find restrooms, lockers, restaurants, and relaxation areas.

Amphibious Vehicles: Through 2 circuits we can explore the Xplor trails and caves. With luck, we may observe wildlife during the approximately 5 km route. In caves, it is possible to notice that in some places the water level rises, but there is nothing to worry about as these vehicles are prepared to float. Driving is only permitted for those over 18 years of age. Helmet use is mandatory.

Rafts: On this route we can paddle through beautiful caves and rock formations. The depth is one meter, so there is no need for a life jacket. The route has two circuits, one of 570 meters, and there are detours where we can shorten the route if we prefer. The use of helmets and paddling gloves is mandatory.

Zip lines: This activity covers a total of more than 3.8 km. Here you can glide through the air, enjoying the beauty and feeling the adrenaline rush, as you launch yourself from any of the 14 zip lines.

With the chance to finish the tour in one of the three beautiful cenotes. The park features modern, high-quality equipment.

The minimum height required for this tour is 1.40 meters or 40 kg.

The maximum weight allowed for this activity is 136 kg.

River of Stalactites: On this route, we will enter an underground paradise swimming with life jackets, while observing the crystal-clear waters, stalactites, and stalagmites. The route is approximately 400 meters long, and the water temperature is 24ºC. Helmets are mandatory.

We will return to the hotel at 5:00 PM.

This activity is not recommended for children under 5 years old.
