The tour does not include transportation.

* ATTENTION TO SNOWLAND PARK RULES *
Access to the park must strictly take place between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. After or before this time, the park may block the passenger's entry, without any right to a refund.
Rescheduling: The purchaser may request the first change to the ticket usage date up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. The date change must respect the season (high or low) for which the original ticket was purchased. All date changes requested after 7 days from the online purchase will incur a rescheduling fee of R$ 25.00 (twenty-five reais) per ticket, plus any price differences for the new chosen date. If necessary, a second date change must also be requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled date and will incur a rescheduling fee of R$ 50.00 (fifty reais) per ticket, plus any price differences for the new chosen date. The maximum number of changes allowed is 2 (two). After the second and final rescheduling, no further changes to the ticket usage date will be permitted.
No-Show: Passes not used on the scheduled date, not cancelled, or not rescheduled within the aforementioned deadlines will be considered No-Show. Tickets marked as No-Show cannot be cancelled, refunded, or rescheduled.
Notes:
- Prices are per person, in Brazilian Reais (R$).
- Exemption policy: Children aged 0 to 3 years, inclusive, are exempt from admission fees. Children aged 0 to 1 year, for safety reasons, are not allowed access to the snow area.
- It is necessary to present a document proving the age of all passengers upon entry to the park.
- If there are queues at the advance purchase entrance, this voucher does not guarantee you priority access over other visitors.
The ticket must be purchased for the day it will be used.

The attractions close 30 minutes before the park's closing time.
- Minors under 18 years of age may only enter the park accompanied by a legal guardian.
- Attractions may be subject to changes in itinerary or cancellations due to force majeure factors that prevent the activity.
- Ski and snowboard lessons and practice sessions are available and are PAID separately. To book this activity, please request it at the park entrance on the day of your visit.
It's important to dress warmly, as the temperature on the snowy mountain is -5°C and the clothing provided by the park is waterproof.
