Access to the park must occur between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. After or before this time, the park may block access to passengers, without any refund.
Rescheduling: The purchaser may request the first change to the ticket date up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. The change to the scheduled date must comply with the season (high or low) for which the original ticket was purchased. All date changes requested after seven days of online purchase will incur a rescheduling fee of R$25.00 (twenty-five reais) per ticket, plus any price differences for the new date chosen. If necessary, a second change to the ticket date must also be requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled date and will incur a rescheduling fee of R$50.00 (fifty reais) per ticket, plus any price differences for the new date chosen. The maximum number of changes allowed is two (2). After the second and final rescheduling, the ticket date change will no longer be permitted.
No-Show: Tickets not used on the due date, canceled, or rescheduled within the timeframes indicated above will be considered a no-show. Tickets marked as no-show cannot be canceled, refunded, or rescheduled.

- Values expressed per person, in reais (R$).
- Exemption policy: Children aged 0 to 3 years old are exempt from admission. For safety reasons, children aged 0 to 1 years old are not permitted access to the snow area.
- All passengers must present a document proving their age upon entering the park.
- If there are queues at the entrance for advance purchase, this voucher does not guarantee you priority access over other visitors.
- Tickets must be purchased for the day they are to be used.
- Access to the park must take place between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. After or before this time, the park may block the passenger's entry, without any right to a refund.
- Attractions close 30 minutes before park closing time.
- Minors under 18 years of age may only access the park if accompanied by a legal guardian.
- Attractions may undergo changes in the itinerary or cancellations due to force majeure factors that prevent that activity.
- Ski and snowboard lessons and practice are available and are paid separately. To book the activity, please request it at the park entrance on the day of your visit.
- It is important to be well dressed, as the temperature on the snow mountain is -5°C and the clothing provided by the park is waterproof.
