Access to the park must take place between 12 noon and 2 pm. After or before this time, the park may block the passenger's entry, without any right to reimbursement.

Access to the park must take place between 12 noon and 2 pm. After or before this time, the park may block the passenger's entry, without any right to reimbursement.
Rescheduling The purchaser may request the first change of the date of use of the ticket up to 48 hours before the date scheduled for use of the ticket. The change of the scheduled date must respect the season (high or low) for which the original ticket was purchased. All date changes requested after 7 days of the online purchase will have a rescheduling fee of R$25.00 (twenty-five reais) per ticket and any price differences for the new date chosen. If necessary, the second change of the date of use of the ticket must also be requested up to 48 hours before the date scheduled for use and will have a rescheduling fee of R$50.00 (fifty reais) per ticket, in addition to any price differences for the new date chosen. The maximum number of changes allowed will be 02 (two). After the second and final rescheduling, the change of the date of use of the ticket will no longer be allowed.
No-Show Tickets not used on the due date, not cancelled or not rescheduled within the deadlines indicated above will be considered a No-Show. Tickets characterized as No-Show cannot be cancelled, refunded or rescheduled.
Notes:
- Values expressed per person, in reais (R$).
- Exemption policy: children aged 0 to 3 years old, inclusive, are exempt from admission. Children aged 0 to 1 year old, for safety reasons, cannot access the snow area.
- All passengers must present a document proving their age when entering the park.
- If there are queues at the entrance for advance purchase, this voucher does not guarantee you priority access over other visitors.
- Tickets must be purchased for the day they are to be used.
- Access to the park must take place between 12:00 and 14:00 without exception. After or before this time, the park may block the passenger's entry, without any right to reimbursement.
- Attractions close 30 minutes before park closing time.
- Minors under 18 years of age may only access the park if accompanied by a legal guardian.
- Attractions may undergo changes to the itinerary or cancellations due to force majeure factors that prevent that activity.
- Ski and Snowboard lessons and practices are available and are PAID separately. To book the activity, request it at the park entrance on the day of your visit.
- It is important to be well dressed, as the temperature on the snowy mountain is -5°C and the clothing provided by the park is waterproof.
