Cumbuco Beach is located 40 km from Fortaleza, in the municipality of Caucaia, on the west coast of Ceará. It is considered one of the most traditional beaches on the Ceará coast. Its main attractions include a fishing village, coconut trees along the seashore, and one of the most beautiful dune systems on our coast. In addition to its natural beauty, the beach offers infrastructure such as beach kiosks with varied cuisine, restrooms, and freshwater showers.

Visitors can also enjoy various optional local excursions, such as an exciting buggy ride, which can be done with or without thrills, i.e., with high or low adrenaline, where they will explore the region and the beautiful Parnamirim lagoon, with a stop for swimming and to slide down the famous "esqui-bunda" – a small wooden board. They can also take a trip on the high seas aboard the typical and traditional fishing boat of our fishermen, the jangada (the Ceará yacht), or enjoy the most romantic excursion on our beaches, which is a donkey ride.

The journey from Fortaleza takes approximately 1 hour, and the time spent at the beach will be approximately 5 hours. The return time will be determined by the tour guide.

Cancellation policy

Up to 14 days before the tour date: full refund.
Between 13 and 7 days before the tour date: 60% refund of the reservation value.
6 days before the tour start date: no refund.

General Rules

Departure time: check-out from hotels between 8:30 AM and 9:15 AM. Arrival time at hotels: between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
This tour will have departures on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The tour is on a regular basis, meaning it is shared with other passengers.
The services will be provided in air-conditioned vehicles and will include assistance from our tour guides and motorcycle guides. We use the following vehicles for the tours: sedans (up to 4 passengers), vans (up to 13 passengers), minibuses (up to 30 passengers), and buses (up to 50 passengers).
Sightseeing tours with same-day departure and return will depart from and return exclusively to hotels or guesthouses on the Fortaleza beachfront. Extra services during the tours, such as meals, entrance fees, typical local tours, and others, will be the responsibility of the passengers. Our company is not responsible for the purchase and execution of these services; they will be the sole responsibility of the passengers.
