Activity description
We'll leave the hotel in the morning and head along the BR101 highway. You'll travel 90 km to the city of Tibau do Sul. Here you'll find one of the main attractions of the Brazilian coast, Praia da Pipa. This beach is known for its beauty and is one of the ten best beaches in Brazil.
Pipa's environment is a stunning combination of cliffs and preserved forest called the Atlantic Forest, a type of forest different from the Amazon Rainforest that exists in some parts of the Brazilian coast.
The first stop is Madeiro Beach for a swim. A beautiful beach known as one of the best in Brazil, there are a few beach shacks, basic facilities, and even people offering surf lessons. It's worth noting that access to the beach is via stairs. Also visit Baía dos Golfinhos, one of Pipa's most beautiful and unspoiled beaches, where you'll have the opportunity to see dolphins swimming. Access to this beach is not so easy; at low tide, it's only possible via the side beaches.
Next, we head to Chapadão, a large, colorful cliff between Praia do Amor and Praia das Minas. The beach below the cliff is small and beautiful, perfect if you're looking for some peace and privacy.
Check out Praia do Amor, one of the most popular beaches in the municipality of Tibau do Sul, neighboring the famous Praia da Pipa. Visitors are usually drawn to the waves and parties. It's common to see many surfers in the area, as well as surfing championships.
Despite the rough seas at Praia do Amor, it's still possible to swim in some spots. This is because small natural pools form, making swimming easier, especially for those who can't swim or don't want to face the stronger waves.
Don't forget to go to the cliffs to see the postcard of this beautiful beach!
Finally, free time to stroll through the village of Pipa and explore the craft shops. A former fishing village transformed into a charming hamlet, with good food, shopping, and service infrastructure, yet maintaining its rustic charm. There are many cool and colorful shops, crafts ranging from rustic to pop, cozy inns and hotels, and, of course, several inviting restaurants, bars, and clubs. Every alley in Pipa village leading off Avenida Baía dos Golfinhos offers an interesting discovery, like a bistro, a café, or a gallery!
After this pleasant walk, tourists board the bus that will drop them off at their respective hotels.
