TourGuided walking tour of Coimbra

With a guide born in Coimbra and an alumnus of the legendary University, discover one of Portugal's most fascinating cities. A city of kings, Christians, Muslims, Jews, Romans, and Visigoths, this ancient capital of Portugal is rich in history. There are several magnificent places to explore in this city. Cuiabá's flagship is the University. We'll tour the exterior of this institution, followed by a visit to the Botanical Gardens. Later, we'll stroll through the city's medieval streets. We'll visit the emblematic Old Cathedral and one of the Castle Towers. Finally, there will be time to explore downtown Coimbra, its squares, and churches (especially the Monastery of Santa Cruz). We'll conclude our visit in the city center.
