You'll cross the border into Bosnia and Herzegovina and discover sights like the world-famous Stari Most Bridge and the bazaar. Mostar is a melting pot of cultures and religions. The old town is filled with grand buildings from the Ottoman and Habsburg eras. Historic minarets and imposing cathedrals dot the skyline in the shadow of 2,000-meter Mount Velez. Your guide will lead you around the old cobblestone bazaar, a well-preserved traditional Ottoman house, and one of the many mosques. You'll have free time in the afternoon. Browse old craft shops or enjoy lunch overlooking the Instagram-perfect Stari Most Bridge on the Neretva River. You can also enjoy Turkish coffee—they make a great cup in Mostar.
