This tour will last a full day, departing from hotels in the morning between 3:40 AM and 4:15 AM, leaving from Lagoa do Paraíso and returning around 3:30 PM. Jericoacoara is a National Park located 300 km west of Fortaleza. It brings together a collection of natural beauties from different biomes, creating a unique place. Jeri is an extraordinary place compared to the modern world of big cities, with its fast pace, traffic jams, and queues. The streets are covered in sand, and the beaches stretch for kilometers without visual obstructions. Everything has a slower, more relaxed feel.
Until about 20 years ago, Jeri was just a simple fishing village isolated from the world, visited only by adventurous travelers. There were no roads, electricity, telephone, television, newspapers, and money was rarely used. Trade was done through bartering, such as fish for rice, and so on. But all this doesn't mean you have to forgo comfort and luxury.
The city became famous for being one of the most beautiful and longest beaches in the world, surrounded by dunes and freshwater lagoons, drawing people from all over the world to its shores. In 1984, a federal law declared Jericoacoara an environmental protection area, and in 2002, the area achieved the highest level of environmental protection, being named a National Park.
After one hour from Fortaleza, we will stop for a light breakfast (not included). Then, we will continue towards Jijoca, where we will change to typical 4x4 vehicles for the crossing through the National Dunes Park (included). Upon arriving in Jericoacoara, we will have approximately 20 minutes in the village before continuing our tour of the Jericoacoara region in the same 4x4 vehicles.
Initially, we will pass by Pedra Furada (a symbol of Jericoacoara), remembering that this requires an approximately 20-minute walk, as vehicles cannot fully reach the monument. Then, continuing the tour, we will pass by the famous Árvore da Preguiça (stop for photos), Praia do Preá, Lagoa Azul, Buraco Azul (entrance not included), and arrive at Lagoa do Paraíso, where we will stay at the support point with all the necessary infrastructure, including a place for lunch (not included) and swimming (hammocks available in the lagoon).

Departure time: departure from hotels between 3:40 AM and 4:15 AM. Arrival time at hotels: between 10:00 PM and 10:30 PM.
This tour will have departures on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The tour is on a regular basis, meaning it is shared with other passengers.
The services will be provided in air-conditioned vehicles and will include assistance from our tour guides and motorcycle guides. We use the following vehicles for the tours: sedans (up to 4 passengers), vans (up to 13 passengers), minibuses (up to 30 passengers), and buses (up to 50 passengers).
Sightseeing tours with same-day departure and return will depart from and return exclusively to hotels or guesthouses on the Fortaleza beachfront. Extra services during the tours, such as meals, entrance fees, typical local tours, and others, will be the responsibility of the passengers. Our company is not responsible for the purchase and execution of these services; they will be the sole responsibility of the passengers.
