Vouchers cannot be used directly, exchange your voucher for a physical ticket at ticket vending machines located at Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway main stations.
You can get on and off the Tokyo Metro and Toei subways at any station you want.
The expiration date will be indicated on the physical ticket.
The validity period will be printed on the physical ticket when you pass through the boarding gate.
If you enter the station within the valid time, you can exit the station even if you exceeded the validity period while riding the subway.
If you do not use the ticket for the first time within the validity period indicated on the ticket, it will become invalid.
Once your booking is complete, we'll email you a voucher that includes a QR code and important information about the meeting location, time, and a local contact phone number. The voucher will be sent within two business days of receiving your booking. Please ensure you provide the email address where the voucher will be sent and review it carefully upon receipt.
