The city of Aparecida is located in the Paraíba Valley region, 166 km from the city of São Paulo. There is the National Sanctuary of Our Lady of Aparecida, the largest Marian sanctuary in the world, which receives seven million pilgrims annually and is considered the largest Marian sanctuary in the world. On this tour, visitors will see the Passarela da Fé, the Old Basilica, from 1888, and the New Basilica, from 1980 and consecrated by Pope John Paul II. There you will find the image of the Patron Saint of Brazil, as well as the Chapel of Candles, the Room of Miracles and the brand new Bondinho and Morro do Cruzeiro and the Memorial of Devotion.
