In case of a flight delay, the customer will be rebooked on the next available scheduled flight.
The schedules for shared transportation departing from Campo Grande and Bonito may be subject to change from month to month, depending on updates to the flight schedule.
On regular transport - Children aged 0 to 5 years are considered free (when sitting on their parents' lap); if they occupy a seat, they pay the normal fare.
Children aged 0 to 5 years will be charged the normal fare if they are in a car seat or baby carrier. Please inquire about the additional fee for car seats or baby carriers.
EMBRATUR CANCELLATION RULES Normative Deliberation No. 161/95 Embratur:
• Cancellation is understood as the abandonment of the trip and/or the contracted service, as well as changes to dates, communicated in writing (letter or email).
Cancellation policies will be applied according to the following percentages of the total package price.
LOW SEASON AND HIGH SEASON – (TRANSFERS)
• Up to 48 hours before check-in = 30% NO SHOW, after that date it is considered a full no-show.
• No-show: Failure to appear without prior written notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a "no-show". NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
• Cancellation after the start of the service: Cancellation for any reason WILL NOT ENTITLE YOU TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REIMBURSEMENT OR CREDIT, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid.
