We begin our journey from Córdoba along the iconic RN 9 Norte highway, heading to Colonia Caroya, a place with an Italian soul, famous for its exquisite artisanal salamis and immigrant heritage. We visit the Jesuit Estancia Casa de Caroya, the former summer residence for students of the historic Colegio de Monserrat. Our next stop is Jesús María, home of the traditional Doma and Folklore Festival, and home to the impressive Estancia Jesuíta San Isidro Labrador, the birthplace of wine production in the region. History guides us to the Sinsacate Post, a key point on the roads of the past, and to the poignant Yaco Barranca, the site where the leader Facundo Quiroga was assassinated. We continue to the majestic Estancia de Santa Catalina, a colonial gem with one of the most beautiful Baroque churches in the country. On the way back, we skirted the enchanting Sierras Chicas, passing through the picturesque towns of Ascochinga, La Granja, Villa Animi, Agua de Oro, Salsipuedes, and Río Ceballos, amid mountainous landscapes that invite dreaming. We concluded the experience by returning to Córdoba via the E-53 highway, our souls filled with history, culture, and nature. Notes: Some hotels in the city are not included in our pickup itinerary.
