On this full-day tour, we'll take you to discover the province's natural and cultural wonders, beginning with a stop at the Wanda gemstone mines. There, a passionate local guide awaits you to unravel the secrets of this deposit of quartz, amethysts, agates, and topaz, among other natural gems. We'll enter caves where you can see the stones in their purest form, and visit the mine workshop to learn about the extraction and craftsmanship processes. Our tour continues through a lush landscape, surrounded by yerba mate and tea plantations. After a break for lunch and relaxation in a natural setting, we'll continue to the impressive Jesuit Ruins of San Ignacio Miní. Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, these ruins, built in 1632, are a historical treasure of Guarani Baroque and one of the most impressive works of the Jesuit legacy in South America. Explore the carved stone architecture, with baroque details created by indigenous artists, and enjoy a light and sound show that enhances the magic of this special place. This tour is designed so you can enjoy it at your own pace, without rushing, taking the time to admire the beauty and cultural richness that Misiones has to offer.
