WINTER DESCRIPTION (June to August)
Embark on a winter adventure in Cajón del Maipo and marvel at the landscapes of Lo Valdés and Las Melosas. Enjoy a picnic surrounded by nature in a unique setting.
We'll visit the Cajón del Maipo area, in the heart of the Andes Mountains, to enjoy the diverse landscapes this wonderful place offers both in winter and during the snowy season.

Note: For the winter tour, if we are unable to reach the Yeso Reservoir due to snow accumulation or wheel slips, the tour will be canceled. We chose to head to another part of the Maipo Canyon to enjoy the scenery and the snow. If we reach the Yeso Reservoir, we will continue our normal itinerary, excluding Las Melosa and Lo Valdés.
Boarding for this tour begins at 5:30 am. Notes: Recommendations:
- Wear a sweater and comfortable clothes.
- Bring money.
- Babies aged 0 to 2 years old travel free of charge without a child seat; if you request a child seat, you will have to pay a supplement at your destination.
- Passengers are picked up from hotels and addresses in the districts of Estación Central, Santiago Centro, Providencia and Las Condes, if they are not within range, they will be assigned a Contact Point.
- IMPORTANT NOTE FOR WINTER (June to August): This tour operates in winter. If we are unable to reach the Yeso Reservoir due to snow accumulation or rolling, we will choose to go to another location in Cajón del Maipo to enjoy the scenery and snow. If we are able to reach the Yeso Reservoir, we will continue with our normal itinerary without Las Melosa or Lo Valdés. Pickup for this tour begins at 5:30 AM.
On the other hand, we walked about 2 kilometers until we reached a viewpoint to observe the dam during the winter season (June to August).
