Maranhão is one of the states with the greatest cultural diversity in Brazil and São Luís has several places where you can visit and feel all this richness! On this tour, you will visit the neighborhoods of Madre Deus, known as the neighborhood of Maranhão culture, the stage for various cultural manifestations, and the birthplace of the main movements and artists that represent and maintain our culture; and the neighborhood of Praia Grande, where cultural heritage is known as Bumba-meu-Boi, Creole drum and reggae.
Route: Departure from the hotel and we will visit the Madre Deus neighborhood, the cradle of Maranhão culture. We will continue to the Praia Grande neighborhood and visit the houses of culture there. Return to the hotel.
Main attractions: Largo do Caroçudo, Ceprama, General Hospital, Chapel of São Pedro, Casa do Maranhão, Museum of Reggae and Casa do Tambor de Crioula.
