- The tour takes place from Monday to Friday, departing at 9am and 2pm, and on Saturday and Sunday, departing at 9am.

- Excursions and visits to places of interest are carried out in shared or private service, depending on the client's request and the specific provisions of each city.

- It is important to note that in some destination cities, the same class and category standards of tourist services found in capital cities are not always available. Therefore, services will be provided according to the existing local offer, and the option that best suits the requested quality will be selected.

- Some shared services may group together passengers from different locations and, in these cases, the tours will preferably be conducted in the language that is predominant among the group members. In certain situations, the tour or visit may be conducted in two or more languages.

- In cases of public order changes, such as strikes or demonstrations, or in the event of natural phenomena beyond control, the organization reserves the right to change, replace or cancel visits or trips included in the purchased program. Such decisions are exclusively intended to guarantee the safety and well-being of the passengers or groups involved.
