- The tour takes place on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 5pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 6pm.

- Important information: You will receive a “Legacy Experience” ticket to enter the park. These experiences allow entry into the
areas and attractions of the park (except the Andes Train and Ecobikes, which have an additional cost).

- Excursions and visits to places of interest are carried out in shared or private service, according to the client's request and specific provisions of each city.

- It is important to highlight that, in some destination cities, the same class and category standards of tourist services found in the capitals are not always available. In this way, services will be provided according to the existing local offer, selecting the option that best suits the requested quality.

- Some shared services may group together passengers from different locations and, in these cases, the tours will preferably be conducted in the predominant language among the group members. In certain situations, the tour or visit may be carried out in two or more languages.

- In cases of changes in public order, such as strikes or demonstrations, or in the face of natural phenomena beyond control, the organization reserves the right to change, replace or cancel visits or trips included in the purchased program. Such decisions are exclusively intended to ensure the safety and well-being of the passengers or groups involved.
