Our gastronomic tour will take us to discover why the Colombian capital's menu is one of the most diverse in the country. We will travel through flavors that were born from the fusion of cultures, traditions and ingredients brought by people who arrived in Bogotá with their dreams and recipes in their luggage.

We’ll visit street stalls, local markets, and a cozy restaurant in the heart of the historic La Candelaria neighborhood, where we’ll sample iconic dishes that represent Colombia’s culinary diversity. We’ll open our palates to authentic ingredients and recipes that tell the story of our mestizaje in every bite.

We will smell the aromas, experience unique flavors and discover the secrets of a cuisine with soul, prepared with care and tradition — a true menu with a taste of home.

Cancellation policy

Up to 14 days before the tour date: full refund.
Between 13 and 7 days before the tour date: 60% refund of the reservation value.
6 days before the tour start date: no refund.

General Rules

- The experience takes place from Monday to Saturday at 10 am and on Sundays at 11 am.
- MENU: Traditional Colombian cuisine
  - Starter: Empanada.
  - Main course: Ajiaco Santafereño or posta cartagenera or encocado de camarão or frijoles montañeros, all options are accompanied with the traditional garnish of each recipe.
  - Dessert: Fruit meringue.
  - Drinks: Refajo + local fruit juice + coffee or aromatic infusion.
- Note: The choice of main course will be received at the time of booking or at least 3 days in advance. In shorter periods, the menu with ajiaco will be applied.
- Suitable for: vegetarians, vegans, pescetarians, people allergic to gluten and/or lactose, with at least 3 days' notice.

- Excursions and visits to places of interest are carried out in shared or private service, depending on the client's request and the specificities of each city.
- It is important to note that in some destination cities the same class and category standards of tourist services found in capital cities are not always available. Therefore, services will be provided according to the existing local offer, and the option that best suits the requested quality will be selected.
- Some shared services may bring together passengers from different locations and, in these cases, the tours will preferably be conducted in the predominant language among the group members. In certain situations, the tour or visit may be conducted in two or more languages.
- In cases of changes in public order, such as strikes or demonstrations, or in the event of natural phenomena beyond control, the organization reserves the right to modify, replace or cancel visits or trips included in the purchased program. Such decisions are exclusively aimed at ensuring the safety and well-being of the passengers or groups involved.
