We will head towards the traditional La Concordia Market Square, where we will immerse ourselves in the authentic flavors of the region. We will taste typical sweets, explore the diversity of exotic fruits and their preparations, and appreciate the vibrant beauty of the flowers, including the famous Colombian roses, recognized worldwide.
Next, we will continue our tour through the charming Candelaria neighborhood, where we will learn how to prepare the traditional ajiaco santafereño – a typical dish full of flavor – in a local restaurant that uses fresh, organic ingredients grown in the Cundinamarca and Boyacá regions. It will be a delicious and cultural experience that connects us to the gastronomic roots of Colombia.
