We'll take advantage of our vacation in the Italian capital to enjoy a unique and exciting experience: a surfing lesson at Ostia Lido Beach! Located just minutes from the center of Rome, this charming beach on the Tyrrhenian Sea awaits us with waters ideal for beginners and a relaxed atmosphere.
With the guidance of professional instructors, we'll learn the basics of surfing in a safe and fun way. Whether it's our first time on the board or just a chance to practice, this is an incredible way to enjoy the sun and sea during our trip. A perfect activity for all ages, combining sport, nature, and the best Roman summer weather!

The tour operates daily at a time to be arranged.
All participants over 12 years of age must present one of the following documents: proof of full vaccination; proof of first dose of the vaccine administered at least 15 days ago; confirmation of recovery from COVID-19 within the last 6 months; or a negative test result taken up to 48 hours before the activity. Please note that if these documents are not available, participants will not be allowed to participate in the activity and will not receive a refund.
The lesson depends on the weather and sea conditions. Five to seven days in advance will allow us to recommend the best days and times. If the waves aren't favorable on the day, a SUP SURF lesson can be held, which is very similar but held in calm seas.
