The tour operates daily with departures from 9am to 2:30pm.
It is mandatory to wear appropriate clothing to visit the Basilica. For security reasons, suitcases, backpacks or large bags are not permitted inside the Basilica. Before visiting, you must leave them at the Ateneo San Basso (Piazza San Marco - Calle San Basso). The left luggage service is free.
On busy days or due to force majeure (e.g. high tide or security issues), the waiting time to access St. Mark's Basilica may be longer than expected.
The tour will not take place in the event of exceptional high tide or unplanned religious services (in such cases, the tour may be postponed to the following day or otherwise refunded).
