The tour operates daily with departures at 10:45 am
Appropriate attire is required to visit the Basilica. For security reasons, suitcases, backpacks, or large bags are not permitted inside the Basilica. Before visiting, please leave them at the Ateneo San Basso (Piazza San Marco - Calle San Basso). The left-luggage service is free.
On busy days or due to force majeure (e.g. high tide or security issues), the waiting time to access St. Mark's Basilica may be longer than expected.
The tour will not operate in the event of exceptional high tide or unplanned religious services (in these cases, the tour may be postponed to the following day or, otherwise, a refund will be given).
