- Beijing Central Axis Tour: Qianmen Street, Tiananmen Square, and the Forbidden City

Our tour will begin with a photo stop at Yongdingmen Tower, the gate that marks the southern entrance to the central axis. Next, we'll stroll along the charming Qianmen Pedestrian Street, where we'll experience the contrast between tradition and modernity amidst shops, cafes, and historic buildings.
We'll continue to the imposing Tiananmen Square, one of China's most symbolic sites, where we'll spend about 45 minutes appreciating its grandeur and political significance. Soon after, we'll enter the heart of the former Imperial City: the Palace Museum (Forbidden City), where we'll spend approximately three hours exploring its palaces, courtyards, and halls that bear witness to centuries of Chinese history.
After this immersion, we'll head to Jingshan Park, where we'll climb to the top to enjoy one of the most stunning panoramic views of the Forbidden City and all of Beijing.
The tour continues with a visit to the charming Houhai neighborhood, an area filled with lakes, traditional alleys (hutongs), and cozy cafes, where we'll spend about an hour and a half. To conclude, we'll visit the Bell Tower and Drum Tower, icons of old Beijing, which will further connect us with the city's past.
