How do I redeem my ticket? Present your ticket (printed or on a device) to a staff member at the Big Bus meeting point.
Are there facilities for people with disabilities? No. This tour is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

How early should I arrive at the meeting point? We recommend arriving at the meeting point about 15 minutes before the tour starts.
