We departed New York, following the east coast of Connecticut to Massachusetts and its capital, Boston.
Our first stop will be in Cambridge, where we'll find one of the world's most famous and prestigious universities, Harvard. We'll stroll through its gardens, see the Widener Library, and then rub John Harvard's shoe for good luck. We'll continue with a panoramic tour, passing the Mayor's Office, MIT University, and Cambridge College. We'll cross the Charles River until we reach the center of the nation's intellectual capital.
We'll visit Copley Square with its beautiful Trinity Church. Next, we'll take a walk along the Freedom Trail from Boston Common Park. We'll have lunch at Quincy Market (food not included). Try the world-famous Clam Chowder or Lobster Roll, then visit the famous Tea Party spot. In the afternoon, we'll head southwest to arrive in New York City that evening.
