Cerro Frías offers a magnificent opportunity to observe the region's wild flora and fauna, as well as farm animals. In addition to the shrubby vegetation characteristic of the Patagonian steppe, you can also admire the lenga forest on the south side of Cerro Frías.
At the ranch, we offer four guided adventure tourism activities that simultaneously cover different circuits of Cerro Frías: 4x4, ziplining, trekking, and horseback riding. We offer three daily departures so no one misses the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable experience in a stunning natural setting. Participants meet at the Estancia Alice café before returning to the city.
Cerro Frías (1,095 meters above sea level) is isolated in the middle of a valley, allowing you to enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the Centinela Valley and Torres del Paine (Chilean National Park) to the west; the Magellan and Avellaneda Peninsulas; and, to the north, Cerro Fitz Roy.
The view also encompasses the main body of Lake Argentino, its Rico and Norte arms, and the Devil's Mouth, located within the lands belonging to Estancia Alice, 23 km from El Calafate and on the way to the Perito Moreno Glacier.

The activity can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time.
There is no pickup/drop-off service for accommodations that do not have a reception. In these cases, a nearby meeting point will be provided.
