The Amazon region has a very large predominance of the rubber tree, the main raw material for latex production.

Belterra was discovered as a region with fertile soil and relief characteristics suitable for the development and exploitation of rubber.

This sparked Henry Ford's interest in founding a city to begin the Ford Project, with the entire American structure set up in that region.

Route: Departure from the hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle or regional boat (depending on the tide) and visit local communities and return to the hotel.
