With two full-day excursions, enjoy two of the most impressive places in northern Argentina: Cafayate and Humahuaca. South of the province of Salta, crossing the villages of the Lerma and Calchaquíes Valleys, you'll reach Cafayate. There, you can admire impressive rock formations such as La Garganta del Diablo, El Anfiteatro, and El Sapo. You'll also enjoy a delicious Cafayate wine tasting. On the Humahuaca excursion, you'll visit Purmamarca, the Cerro de los Siete Colores, Maimará, Tilcara, the Pucará de Tilcara, Paleta del Pintor, Uquía, the Pollera de la Colla, and the town of Humahuaca, among other attractions. Itinerary:
Day 1: Welcome to Salta
Reception and transfer to the hotel. Begin your adventure with a warm welcome and free time to explore the charming city.
Day 2: Discover the Wonders of Cafayate
Hotel pickup at 6:30 a.m. We'll begin our tour through the picturesque villages of Cerrillos and El Carril, crossing the beautiful Lerma Valley. We'll pass through Coronel Moldes and the enigmatic German town before arriving at the impressive Quebrada de las Conchas. Here you'll admire natural formations such as the Devil's Throat, the Amphitheater, the Yesera, the Toad, the Obelisk, and the Castles, each with its vibrant colors shaped by wind and water erosion. Finally, we'll arrive in Cafayate, where we'll visit its wineries for a delicious wine tasting. Return to Salta.
Day 3: Wonders of the Humahuaca Gorge
Early departure on Route 9/34 towards San Salvador de Jujuy. Along the way, we'll pass through unforgettable landscapes such as Yala, Volcán, and Tumbaya until we reach Purmamarca, home to the famous 'Hill of 7 Colors.' We'll continue to Maimará to admire the 'Painter's Palette' and then visit the historic Pucará de Tilcara. We'll continue towards Huacalera, passing the Tropic of Capricorn, and arrive at Uquía, where you can see the impressive Cuzco Paintings. Finally, we'll arrive in Humahuaca to admire its Independence Monument before returning to Salta.
Day 4: Urban Exploration in Salta
Departure at 10:00 a.m. Discover Salta's historical and cultural treasures, starting at Plaza 9 de Julio. We'll see the majestic Cathedral Church, the fascinating Museum of High Mountain Archaeology (MAAM), the historic Cabildo de Salta, the Church of San Francisco, the Convent of San Bernardo, and the Güemes Monument. We'll end the tour in the vibrant gastronomic district and the charming Plaza Belgrano.
Day 5: Goodbye to Salta
Transfer to the Salta Bus Terminal or Airport. Take home unforgettable memories of this magical experience.

The date you choose must be the day you pick them up at the airport.
Some hotels in the city are not included in our pickup itinerary. If this is the case, we will contact you to indicate the closest hotel to which you should go so we can pick you up for the tour. You should wait for your guide in the lobby of the indicated hotel.
During high season (July and January), tours may be conducted on buses with a capacity of up to 50 passengers. In these cases, there will be no hotel pickup; a meeting point will be set in the city center.
IMPORTANT: These tours are available over several days; your request will be coordinated with the destination operator. These tours require a minimum of two passengers. To provide you with a free pick-up and drop-off transfer, we need the following information: arrival and departure dates, flight arrival and departure times, flight numbers, airline, and hotel.
The walking tour is a free activity that operates on a tipping system for the guide. A minimum of 10 participants is required per tour. If this number is not reached, the activity may not take place, with no refund provided, as it is a free service.
