In this course, you'll learn to cook a typical Tuscan meal, starting with choosing seasonal ingredients. Under the expert guidance of a multilingual chef, you'll visit the historic central market of San Lorenzo, where you'll select the ingredients you'll use to prepare a four-course meal (starter, first course, main course, and dessert) in a first-class cooking school. The course will be followed by lunch featuring the dishes you prepared, accompanied by fine Tuscan wine and a fun, friendly atmosphere.
