The best of Santorini’s spirits production in one tour! From wine and wine-based spirits to beer, we’ll follow the island’s spirits production in stunning and unique locations!
We will learn the secrets of wine production in a unique, labyrinthine museum, tasting local wines in an underground cave 8 meters below the surface of the earth.
At the distillery, we will learn about the slow traditional process of preparing Ouzo: a drink characterized by the aroma and flavor of Asyrtiko currants from Santorini, saffron and anise.
We’ll explore the world of brewing (with an expert guide), sampling a selection of different beers, accompanied by local snacks, and overlooking the facilities. We’ll see the production stages, such as maturation, filtration and bottling, exactly when the beers you taste are produced.
