Specially designed for the whole family, Dolphin Encounter is the ideal Dolphin Swim program to introduce your children to the nature of marine animals and the beauty they offer. Your children will enjoy safe and fun activities that will delight and entertain them while they learn. The entire activity takes place on a safe underwater platform in the Caribbean Sea, with no swimming required. The program includes hugs and kisses, a handshake, and dolphin behaviors.

After swimming with dolphins, enjoy our beach club, nestled in a natural setting on beautiful Isla Mujeres. Notes: *If you have any health or physical problems, please contact us before making your reservation so we can provide you with all the information about our services.
*Don't forget to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species.
*Bring towels and money for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.
*On Isla Mujeres, groups have a maximum of 20 people for a more intimate experience.
*The use of safety vests is mandatory in all aquatic programs.
*For safety reasons, women more than 5 months pregnant are not permitted on any of our water activities. Pregnant women 5 months or younger may only participate if accompanied by another adult and have signed a liability waiver.
*For safety reasons, the use of cameras in the water is not permitted, but professional photographs will be made available for sale.
*IMPORTANT: At this time, this place is NOT accepting US Dollars (USD) in cash for expenses such as dock fees, souvenirs, photographs, restaurant, etc. Only Mexican Pesos (MXN) in cash and if the customer wishes to use an international credit or debit card, payments will be made in Mexican or US currency at the corresponding exchange rate.
CHILDREN'S POLICY
* Children over 4'- 6' can participate alone in any of our dolphin programs at the adult rate.
*Children aged 3'9" to 4'6" may participate alone in the Encounter program. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
*Children between 3'3" and 3'9" can participate in the Encounter program accompanied by a paying adult. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children must be accompanied by two paying adults.
* Children under 3'-3' will be considered infants and may only participate in the Encounter program. It is mandatory that the life jacket fits as per regulations.
